Phase 2: Train Like An Athlete
*Primary focus of this 4-week block is to increase intensity in the
gym and build strength while maintaining functionality of movement.
Phase 3: Be a Badass
Primary focus of the final month is to push your strength and power to new limits.Testing yourself physically as well as mentally!
